Target Information
IRF9는 항바이러스 면역에서 중요한 역할을 하는 전사 인자입니다. Type I IFN (IFN-α, IFN-β) 신호 전달을 매개하며, Jak kinase (TYK2, JAK1)에 의해 STAT1 및 STAT2가 인산화됩니다. IRF9/ISGF3G는 인산화된 STAT1:STAT2 이합체와 결합하여 ISGF3 전사 인자 복합체를 형성하고, 핵으로 이동하여 IFN 자극 반응 요소(ISRE)에 결합함으로써 항바이러스 상태를 유도하는 유전자의 전사를 활성화합니다. [UniProt]
