Target Information
IRF9는 항바이러스 면역에 필수적인 전사인자로, type I interferon (IFN-α, IFN-β) 신호전달을 매개합니다. IFN 수용체 결합 후 TYK2 및 JAK1이 활성화되어 STAT1과 STAT2가 인산화됩니다. IRF9(ISGF3G)은 인산화된 STAT1:STAT2 이합체와 결합하여 ISGF3 복합체를 형성하고, 핵으로 이동하여 IFN 자극 반응 요소(ISRE)에 결합해 항바이러스 유전자 발현을 유도합니다.
