Product Specific Information
- Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration.
- For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
- Centrifuge if solution is not clear after standing at room temperature.
- Product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.

Maltose Phosphorylase antibody is an IgG fraction purified from monospecific antiserum through delipidation, salt fractionation, and ion-exchange chromatography, followed by extensive dialysis.
Immunoelectrophoresis shows a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, and purified Maltose Phosphorylase [E.coli].
Cross-reactivity with Maltose Phosphorylase from other sources is unknown.
Target Information
Maltose Phosphorylase catalyzes the phosphorolysis of maltose, producing glucose and glucose-1-phosphate.
