- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed) 시, 실온에서 30분간 항체를 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직의 염색 시, 10 mM Tris 및 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.

Human Thyroglobulin (hTg)은 갑상선 여포 세포에서 발견되는 고분자량의 당단백질(약 605 kDa)로, 갑상선 호르몬(T4, T3)의 흡수, 결합, 생합성 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
자가면역성 갑상선 질환(Hashimoto thyroiditis, Graves disease)에서 anti-hTG 항체가 발견되며, 특히 Hashimoto thyroiditis에서 가장 높은 수준을 보입니다.
또한, 갑상선암의 특성 마커로서 암 환자의 추적 관찰에도 활용됩니다.
