Preparation:
Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human TSLP. Anti-Human TSLP-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing an immobilized Human TSLP matrix.

Sandwich ELISA:
To detect Human TSLP by sandwich ELISA (100 µL/well antibody solution), use 0.5–2.0 µg/mL of this antibody. When paired with PeproTech Biotinylated Anti-Human TSLP (500-P258Bt) as detection antibody, it allows detection of at least 0.2–0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Human TSLP.

Western Blot:
For detection of Human TSLP by Western Blot, use 0.1–0.2 µg/mL of this antibody. With compatible secondary reagents, detection limit for Recombinant Human TSLP is 1.5–3.0 ng/lane under reducing or non-reducing conditions.

Target Information

TSLP is a 159 amino acid four-helix bundle hemopoietic cytokine that signals through a heterodimeric receptor complex consisting of the human TSLP receptor and the IL-7R alpha-chain. It impacts myeloid cells, induces T cell-attracting chemokine release, enhances dendritic cell maturation, and influences T cell homeostasis. TSLP may contribute to allergic inflammation and inflammatory arthritis and is expressed in heart, liver, and prostate.
