Product Specific Information

Description:
The N418 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD11c (integrin alphaX), which associates with beta2 integrin to form the CD11c/CD18 heterodimer. CD11c is expressed by dendritic cells, a subset of intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL), and some activated T cells. It binds to CD54, iC3b, and fibrinogen, playing a role in leukocyte adhesion. N418 binds to CD11c on splenic dendritic cells and precipitates a 150/90 kDa heterodimer.

Applications Reported:
Suitable for flow cytometric analysis.

Applications Tested:
Validated by flow cytometric analysis of mouse splenocytes. Recommended ≤0.5 µg/test (100 µL final volume, 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test). Optimize titration for best results.

Fluorochrome Information:
Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 737 (BUV737) emits at 732 nm and is designed for use with UV (355 nm) lasers. Ensure instrument compatibility.

Buffer Recommendations:
When using multiple polymer dye-conjugated antibodies (e.g., Super Bright™, Brilliant Violet™, Brilliant Ultra Violet™), use:
