Product Specific Information

MBSA43 단클론 항체는 인간 TIGIT (T cell immunoreceptor with Ig and ITIM domains, VSTM3, WUCAM)을 인식합니다. TIGIT은 PVR(poliovirus receptor) 계열 단백질로, NK 세포, 조절 T 세포, 여포형 T helper 세포, 메모리 CD4+ 및 CD8+ T 세포에서 발현되며, B 세포나 naïve CD4+ T 세포에서는 발현되지 않습니다. 활성화 시 naïve CD4+ T 세포에서 발현이 증가할 수 있습니다.

MBSA43은 원숭이(Rhesus macaque)에서도 교차 반응을 보입니다.
