CEA (Carcino Embryonic Antigen, CD66e)는 태아의 장 발달 과정에서 생성되며, 성인에서는 주로 암 조직에서 재발현되는 당단백질입니다.
CEA는 immunoglobulin superfamily에 속하며 N 도메인과 여섯 개의 immunoglobulin constant-like 도메인(A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3)으로 구성되어 있습니다.
