Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The SOX gene family is characterized by the Sry-related HMG box domain responsible for sequence-specific DNA binding. SOX proteins play diverse roles in development, with at least 30 Sox genes identified across species.
SOX21 may act as a transcriptional activator of OPRM1, and its overexpression can up-regulate the OPRM1 distal promoter in mor-expressing neuronal cells.
