Target Information
Acetylcholinesterase는 신경근 접합부 및 뇌의 콜린성 시냅스에서 신경전달물질 아세틸콜린을 가수분해하여 신호 전달을 종료시키는 효소입니다. 이 단백질은 적혈구막에도 존재하며 Yt 혈액형 항원으로 알려져 있습니다. 다양한 분자 형태로 존재하며, 유사한 촉매 특성을 가지지만 올리고머 조립 및 세포 표면 결합 방식에서 차이를 보입니다. 뇌, 근육 및 기타 조직에서 발견되는 주요 형태는 친수성 종으로, 콜라겐 또는 지질을 포함한 구조적 소단위체와 이황화 결합된 올리고머를 형성합니다.
