Product Specific Information
This antibody recognizes the C-terminal methylated form of PP2A (C subunit). The C-terminal sequence and carboxy-methylation are 100% conserved in human, mouse, and yeast.
Western blot results show a band at 36 kDa, matching the predicted molecular weight.
The C-terminal sequence and carboxy-methylation are absolutely conserved across species.
