Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. These systems are developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits, followed by screening to select optimal clones for production. Advantages include:

Target Information
Microtubules are major cytoskeletal components in eukaryotic cells, composed of tubulin dimers (alpha and beta subunits, each ~55 kDa). They are essential for:
- Chromosome segregation during mitosis
- Intracellular transport
- Ciliary and flagellar motility
- Structural support of the cytoskeleton
This antibody does not induce filament aggregation or block microtubule assembly. It does not inhibit tubulin polymerization/depolymerization and partially blocks the ability of tubulin dimers (with GppNHp bound) to inhibit adenylyl cyclase.
