For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

HOXD9 is a sequence-specific transcription factor that contributes to cellular positional identity along the anterior-posterior axis. It belongs to the homeobox gene family involved in morphogenesis across multicellular organisms. Mammals possess four similar homeobox gene clusters (HOXA, HOXB, HOXC, HOXD) on different chromosomes, each containing 9–11 tandemly arranged genes. HOXD9 is located in the 2q31–2q37 region. Deletions affecting the HOXD gene cluster have been associated with severe limb and genital abnormalities. The specific role of HOXD9 remains undetermined.
