Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
EphA1 belongs to the ephrin receptor subfamily of the protein-tyrosine kinase family. These receptors are involved in developmental processes, particularly within the nervous system.
EPH family receptors typically contain a single kinase domain and an extracellular region with a cysteine-rich domain and two fibronectin type III repeats.
EphA1 is expressed in certain human cancer cell lines and has been implicated in carcinogenesis.
