Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MAP2K1 (MEK1) kinase is a dual-specificity protein kinase functioning in MAPK cascades, regulating cell growth and differentiation.
It is activated by various growth factors, cytokines, and membrane depolarization, and phosphorylated by Raf1 at serine residues 218 and 222.
MAP2K1 is involved in stress response, apoptosis, and cytokine-induced proliferation.
Mutations in MAP2K1 can cause cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome.
