Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
MAP2K1 (MEK1) is a dual-specificity kinase involved in MAPK cascades, regulating cell growth and differentiation.
Activated by phosphorylation of serine 218 and 222 residues by Raf1.
Participates in stress response, apoptosis, and cytokine-induced proliferation.
Mutations in MAP2K1 can cause cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome.
