Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The PARVA gene encodes a transcription factor containing C2H2-type zinc-fingers and a positive regulatory domain found in several other zinc-finger transcription factors, including those involved in B cell differentiation and tumor suppression.
Studies in mouse suggest involvement in central nervous system development and neuronal storage disease pathogenesis.
Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been reported.
