BM8 단클론 항체는 마우스 F4/80 항원을 인식하며, 약 160 kDa의 표면 수용체로 EGF-TM7 단백질군에 속합니다. F4/80은 대부분의 성숙 대식세포에서 발현되며, 이 집단을 구분하는 주요 표지자입니다. 일부 호산구, 랑게르한스 세포, 특정 수지상세포 아형에서도 발현될 수 있습니다. F4/80 발현은 조혈세포 발달 초기에 시작되며 M-CSF 자극 시 BM 세포에서 증가할 수 있습니다.

Target Information

F4/80 항원은 160 kDa 세포 표면 당단백질로 EGF TM7 단백질군에 속하며, 인간 EMR1과 68%의 아미노산 서열 유사성을 갖습니다. F4/80은 다양한 조직 대식세포(간 Kupffer 세포, 랑게르한스 세포, 미세아교세포, 장 점막, 복강, 폐, 흉선, 골수, 비장 적수부 등)에서 발현됩니다. 일부 수지상세포에서도 발현되며, T세포 영역의 대식세포에서는 결여됩니다. 최근 연구는 F4/80이 CD8+ 조절 T세포 생성에 관여할 가능성을 시사합니다.
