Product Specific Information
This NAWESLEE monoclonal antibody reacts to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), a derivative of fluorescein commonly used in flow cytometry and fluorescent microscopy.
FITC-9 can be used for the separation of cells labeled with FITC-conjugated antibodies or for staining.
Please note that in some instances, the FITC signal can be quenched by the anti-FITC antibody; therefore, this phenomenon should be evaluated empirically.

This NAWESLEE antibody has been tested by flow cytometric analysis of cells stained with FITC-conjugated antibody.
Recommended usage: ≤ 0.125 µg per test.
Higher concentrations may quench FITC fluorescence.
A test is defined as the amount (µg) of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of 100 µL.
Typical cell number per test: 10⁵–10⁸ cells.
Careful titration is recommended for optimal performance.
