Product Specific Information

This 4RA10 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD162 (P-selectin glycoprotein ligand-1, PSGL-1).
It has been successfully used in flow cytometry and can block binding of CD162 to CD62P and CD62L.

Applications Reported: Flow cytometric analysis
Applications Tested: Tested on mouse splenocytes; ≤0.06 µg/test (100 µL final volume).
Cell count may range from 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test. Titrate for optimal performance.

PE-eFluor 610 can be excited with 488–561 nm lasers and emits at 607 nm.
Recommended filter: 610/20 band pass (PE-Texas Red equivalent).
Ensure instrument compatibility.

Light Sensitivity: Protect vial and stained samples from light.
Fixation: Samples may be stored in IC Fixation Buffer (Product #00-8222-49) or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product #00-5333-57) for up to 3 days at 4°C in the dark with minimal signal loss.

Target Information

CD162 (PSGL-1) is a 120 kDa homodimer protein expressed on leukocytes and platelets.
It binds CD62P (P-selectin), CD62L (L-selectin), and CD62E (E-selectin).
These interactions are essential for leukocyte adhesion, rolling, and extravasation.
CD162 is also an immune marker of T cell exhaustion in chronic viral infections and cancer.
