Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The PBX1 gene encodes a nuclear protein belonging to the PBX homeobox family of transcription factors. It plays a role in osteogenesis regulation and skeletal patterning. A chromosomal translocation t(1;19) involving PBX1 and TCF3/E2A is linked to pre-B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. The resulting fusion protein activates transcription of PBX-regulated genes. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants exist.
