For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Monoglyceride lipase (MGLL) works with hormone-sensitive lipase to hydrolyze intracellular triglyceride stores into fatty acids and glycerol. MGLL may complement lipoprotein lipase in hydrolyzing monoglycerides derived from lipoprotein triglycerides.
