Target Information
Beta Arrestin 1은 다양한 조직에서 발현되는 단백질로, 특히 중추신경계에서 풍부하게 존재합니다. 이 단백질은 어댑터 또는 스캐폴드 역할을 하며, 성장 신호전달에 필수적이고, G 단백질 결합 수용체(GPCR)의 작용제 의존적 탈감작 및 내재화를 매개합니다.
GPCR이 리간드와 결합하고 G 단백질과 상호작용하면, GRK에 의해 세린 잔기에서 인산화됩니다. 세포질 내 Beta Arrestin 1은 ERK1/2에 의해 Ser412에서 인산화되어 음성 피드백 기전을 통해 인산화된 수용체와 결합합니다. 이후 Ser412가 탈인산화되고 GPCR이 내재화되어 Ras-Raf-ERK1/2 신호 경로가 활성화됩니다.
