Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems developed by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select the best candidates for production.

Target Information
ID1 is a helix-loop-helix (HLH) protein that forms heterodimers with members of the basic HLH family of transcription factors. It lacks DNA binding activity and can inhibit the DNA binding and transcriptional activation abilities of basic HLH proteins with which it interacts. This protein is implicated in cell growth, senescence, and differentiation. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified for this gene.
