Product Specific Information

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and expressed, and the best clones are selected for production.

Target Information

The PKC family of serine/threonine kinases, including PRKCN (PKD3), is activated via intracellular signal transduction pathways. In humans, at least 12 PKC isoforms have been identified, differing in structure, tissue distribution, localization, and substrate specificity.
PKC mu activation depends on phosphorylation at Ser744 and Ser748 through a PKC-dependent signaling pathway.
