Target Information
APLNR (Apelin Receptor)는 G 단백질 결합 수용체 유전자 패밀리에 속합니다. 이 단백질은 안지오텐신 수용체와 관련이 있지만 실제로는 아펠린 수용체로서 adenylate cyclase 활성을 억제하고, 안지오텐신 II의 혈압 상승 작용에 대해 반조절적 역할을 수행합니다. 심혈관계, 중추신경계, 포도당 대사, 배아 및 종양 혈관 신생, HIV-1 공동수용체 기능 등에 관여합니다. 대체 스플라이싱으로 인한 두 가지 전사 변이가 확인되었습니다.
