Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The ANXA3 gene encodes a member of the annexin family, which consists of calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding proteins involved in cellular growth regulation and signal transduction.
This protein inhibits phospholipase A2 and catalyzes the cleavage of inositol 1,2-cyclic phosphate to form inositol 1-phosphate. It may also play a role in anti-coagulation.
