Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Sorting nexin (SNX) proteins are a family of hydrophilic PX domain-containing proteins that interact with various receptor types. SNXs are widely expressed, with tissue-specific mRNA distribution. Their phospholipid-binding and protein complex-forming abilities suggest roles in membrane trafficking and protein sorting.
SNX8, a member of this family, is believed to participate in endosomal sorting, recycling, and degradation pathways. It is an ortholog of a yeast protein.
