Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Myeloid differentiation Marker 88 (MyD88) is an adaptor molecule for the Toll/IL-1R and is involved in the inflammatory response induced by IL-1, IL-18, and LPS. MyD88 recruits IRAK to the IL-1 receptor complex in response to IL-1, leading to activation of NF-κB. MyD88 is widely expressed across tissues.
