Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform additional desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

PYCRL encodes a cytoplasmic enzyme belonging to the pyrroline-5-carboxylate reductase family.
This enzyme catalyzes the final step of proline biosynthesis, converting pyrroline-5-carboxylate to proline.
Glutamate and ornithine act as precursors in proline synthesis.
