Target Information
RNF14 단백질은 RING zinc finger를 포함하며, 단백질-단백질 상호작용에 관여합니다. 이 단백질은 안드로겐 수용체(AR)와 상호작용하여 전립선에서 AR 표적 유전자 발현을 유도하는 공동활성인자로 작용할 수 있습니다. 또한 class III ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes (E2s)와 상호작용하여 특정 핵 단백질의 유비퀴틴화 과정에서 E3 ubiquitin-ligase로 기능할 가능성이 있습니다. 다섯 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있으며, 두 가지 상이한 아이소폼을 암호화합니다.
