The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
Kallikreins are a subgroup of serine proteases with diverse physiological functions. Many kallikreins are implicated in carcinogenesis and may serve as biomarkers for cancer and other diseases. The KLK10 gene is one of fifteen kallikrein family members clustered on chromosome 19. Its protein product is secreted and may play a role in tumor suppression in breast and prostate cancers. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding the same protein.
