Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
PCBD1 encodes pterin-4 alpha-carbinolamine dehydratase, an enzyme involved in phenylalanine hydroxylation. Deficiency of this enzyme can lead to hyperphenylalaninemia. It also regulates the homodimerization of the transcription factor hepatocyte nuclear factor 1 (HNF1).
