Target Information
Alpha-1-Antitrypsin(Alpha-1-AT)은 간에서 합성되며, 트립신, 엘라스타제, 키모트립신, 콜라게나제, 백혈구 프로테아제, 플라스민, 트롬빈 등 다양한 프로테아제를 억제하는 역할을 합니다.
Alpha-1-AT 결핍 시 이러한 효소들이 폐 실질을 분해할 수 있으며, 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환(폐기종) 및 영아 간경화와 같은 질환과 연관됩니다.
Alpha-1-AT는 조직 괴사 및 염증 시 급성기 반응 단백질로 증가하며, 류머티즘 관절염, 세균 감염, 혈관염, 암 전이 등에서 혈중 농도가 상승합니다.
