Target Information
LCMV Protein Z는 바이러스 입자 조립과 출아(virion assembly and budding)에 중요한 역할을 수행합니다. 바이러스 생애 주기 후기에 발현되며, 바이러스 중합효소 L과 상호작용하여 바이러스 전사 및 RNA 합성을 억제합니다. 또한 NP 캡시드화된 게놈을 세포막으로 유도하여 출아 부위에 위치시키며, 숙주 단백질 TSG101 및 소포 형성 경로 관련 단백질과의 상호작용을 통해 바이러스 방출의 마지막 단계를 조절합니다. 단백질 Z의 미리스토일화는 세포 주변에서 SSP-GP1-GP2 복합체와의 결합 및 바이러스 출아에 필수적입니다. 또한 숙주 eIF4E와 결합하여 단백질 합성을 선택적으로 억제합니다.
