Target Information
Aflatoxin은 Aspergillus flavus 및 Aspergillus parasiticus 두 종류의 곰팡이에 의해 생성되는 천연 마이코톡신입니다.
Aspergillus flavus는 자연계에 널리 분포하며, 건조 등 스트레스 조건에서 재배되는 곡물에서 흔히 발견됩니다.
이 곰팡이는 토양, 부패 식물, 건초, 미생물적 변질 중인 곡물 등에서 발생하며, 높은 습도와 온도에서 유리하게 성장합니다.
자연적으로 최소 13종류의 aflatoxin이 존재하며, 그중 aflatoxin B1이 가장 독성이 강합니다.
Aspergillus flavus 존재 자체가 유해 수준의 aflatoxin을 의미하지는 않지만, aflatoxin 생성 가능성을 나타냅니다.
