Product Specific Information
For IHC(P), use heat-induced antigen retrieval in pH 6.0 citrate buffer.
After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.

Target Information
ADAMTS5, also known as Implantin or Aggrecanase 2, is a member of the ADAMs (A Disintegrin And Metalloproteinase) family containing thrombospondin (TS) repeats.
It was first described as a protein elevated in mice during the peri-implantation period and later identified as Aggrecanase 11 in arthritic synovium.
ADAMTS5 is expressed in human and mouse tissues, including heart, lung, cervix, uterus, ovary, brain, cartilage, and chondroblastoma cell lines.
