Product Specific Information

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems. The antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits are cloned and expressed in HEK293 cells. Each clone is screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information

MINA is a nuclear-localized, myc-inducible protein involved in mammalian cell proliferation. Knockdown of MINA in cancer cell lines such as SW680 inhibits growth, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic target.
It regulates genes associated with cell adhesion and metabolism, some of which overlap with c-Myc targets (e.g., EGFR, IL-6, HGF).
Additionally, MINA represses IL-4 expression in T cells, indicating a role in T cell differentiation and Th2 bias regulation.
