Product Specific Information
- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed):
- Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C.
- Cool at room temperature for 20 minutes before staining.

N-말단 꼬리는 다양한 번역 후 변형을 거치며, 이는 크로마틴 구조 변화 또는 특정 전사 인자 결합에 영향을 줍니다. 변형에는 리신과 아르기닌의 메틸화, 아세틸화 및 세린/트레오닌의 인산화가 포함됩니다.
