Product Specific Information
- For immunohistochemistry (PFA-fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Histone H3는 모든 진핵세포의 염색질에서 발견되는 DNA 결합 단백질 중 하나입니다. H3는 다른 핵심 히스톤 단백질들과 함께 DNA에 결합하여 뉴클레오솜 구조를 형성합니다. 히스톤은 전사 조절, DNA 복구, 복제, 염색체 안정성 유지에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
히스톤 H3의 N-말단 꼬리는 뉴클레오솜 코어로부터 돌출되어 있으며, 다양한 종류의 번역 후 수식(post-translational modification)을 통해 세포 내 과정을 조절합니다. 이러한 수식에는 라이신 및 아르기닌 잔기의 메틸화, 아세틸화, 세린 또는 트레오닌 잔기의 인산화가 포함됩니다.
