• Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
• The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature.
• Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
• Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
• For longer storage, aliquot and keep at -20°C.
• Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
• Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

TRPC7 is a receptor-activated, non-selective calcium-permeant cation channel. It likely operates via a phosphatidylinositol second messenger system activated by receptor tyrosine kinases or G-protein coupled receptors. TRPC7 is activated by diacylglycerol (DAG) and may also respond to intracellular calcium store depletion.
