For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using carrier-free antibody, perform additional desalting (Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
Neurogenin 1 (NeuroG1) is a basic helix-loop-helix (bHLH) transcription factor involved in cell fate determination during development. It plays dual roles in neurogenesis and inhibition of astrocyte differentiation. NeuroG1 promotes neuronal differentiation by activating transcription and inhibits astrocyte formation by sequestering the CREB-binding protein complex and blocking STAT-mediated gliogenesis.
