Target Information
Delta 1 Catenin is an efficient tyrosine kinase substrate implicated in cell transformation by SRC and in receptor signaling through EGF, PDGF, CSF-1, and ERBB2. The association of catenins with cadherins forms a complex linked to the actin filament network, essential for cadherin-mediated cell adhesion.
