Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

IFN-lambdas represent a distinct family of interferons (IL-29, IL-28A, IL-28B) that induce antiviral protection across various cell types.
They activate intracellular signaling similar to type I IFNs, promoting gene expression through a receptor complex composed of CRF2-12/IFN-lambdaR1 (unique to IFN-lambdas) and CFR2-4/IL-10R2 (shared with IL-10, IL-22, and IL-26).
These cytokines can prime dendritic cells to induce proliferation of Foxp3+ regulatory T cells, supporting immune regulation and antiviral defense mechanisms.
