Product Specific Information

For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

HLA-DQA2 is a member of the HLA class II alpha chain family. The encoded protein forms a heterodimer with a class II beta chain and localizes in intracellular vesicles. It plays a central role in peptide loading of MHC class II molecules by facilitating the release of the CLIP molecule from the peptide binding site.
Class II molecules are expressed in antigen-presenting cells (B lymphocytes, dendritic cells, macrophages) and present antigenic peptides to CD4 T-cells.

HLA and MHC antibodies are essential tools in Immunopeptidomics, aiding in the identification and characterization of neoantigens using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry.
