For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
CSPG4 (also known as NG2) is a human melanoma-associated chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan involved in stabilizing cell–substratum interactions during early melanoma cell spreading on endothelial basement membranes. It is an integral membrane proteoglycan expressed by human malignant melanoma cells.
