Target Information

AGAT (glycine amidinotransferase, L-arginine:glycine amidinotransferase, GATM, transamidinase)는 423개의 아미노산으로 구성된 amidinotransferase 계열 단백질입니다. 인간 염색체 15q21.1에 위치한 유전자로부터 발현되며, 3개의 대체 스플라이싱된 isoform으로 존재합니다.
