Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, it is recommended to perform desalting again (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
XRCC3 encodes a member of the RecA/Rad51-related protein family that participates in homologous recombination to maintain chromosome stability and repair DNA damage.
This gene complements repair-deficient mutants such as Chinese hamster irs1SF and is associated with radiosensitivity and cancer susceptibility.
Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified.
