Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7 K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that transfers ubiquitin from E2 enzymes (UBE2L3, UBE2L6) to target substrates such as LCMT2, promoting their degradation.
Induces apoptosis via a p53/TP53-dependent but caspase-independent mechanism. Overexpression decreases the ubiquitin-dependent stability of BAX, leading to protection from cell death, but it is not inherently anti-apoptotic.
