Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RNF144B is an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase that transfers ubiquitin from E2 enzymes (UBE2L3, UBE2L6) to target substrates such as LCMT2, promoting their degradation. It induces apoptosis via a p53-dependent, caspase-independent mechanism. Overexpression decreases the ubiquitin-dependent stability of BAX, leading to protection from cell death, though RNF144B is not inherently anti-apoptotic.
